How to Use Aloe vera juice

40 to 60 ml of karela jamun juice can be mixed with 20ml of aloe vera juice along with a glass of water. Karela jamun juice is excellent for diabetes and cholesterol , combining it with aloe vera juice doubles the power of the individual potions.
